BRANDJAM CAME OUT OF SOMETHING WE WERE ALREADY DOING TOGETHER: SHARING UNFINISHED THINKING AND GETTING HONEST FEEDBACK FROM PEOPLE WE TRUST.
WE NOTICED HOW MUCH STRONGER OUR OWN BRANDS BECAME WHEN WE STOPPED POLISHING IN ISOLATION AND STARTED SAYING THINGS OUT LOUD IN A ROOM THAT FELT STEADY AND CANDID.
Clarity is relational. it sharpens when it’s heard, questioned, and refined in real time. We built BrandJam to create that kind of room on purpose.
We get it. Doing this kind of work alone can be weirdly hard.
Who We Are
We’re four agency owners, running Definitely Real and Harc Creative, who take brand seriously and collaboration even more seriously. Alexis brings creative direction and visual clarity. Danielle brings strategy and practical marketing thinking. Jarren brings alignment and facilitation that keeps conversations focused and productive. Parker brings language and meaning-making that helps ideas cohere.

How We Got Here
For years, our agencies operated in parallel. As our friendship deepened, we began sharing our own brand questions with each other… not to outsource decisions, but to test thinking out loud. That process made our work clearer and more confident. And, tbh, it was just more fun.
BrandJam formalizes that rhythm, and makes it accessible to more folks building cool stuff. It’s a working room designed for honest conversation, shared perspective, and practical clarity. Nothing performative. Just good work, done together, with a lot of fun along the way.
